As HR Manager, Aurora Rodriguez, leads companywide efforts that strengthen organizational performance and profitability, including talent management, internal communications, policy development, compliance, and performance management.  She has 20 years of experience driving operational and strategic human resources initiatives across manufacturing and distribution sectors.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and maintains two of the industry’s credentials: the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM‑SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute.
